Grace Oliver is a 22-year-old soprano studying under Sarah Pring at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance as the Morag Noble scholar. In October 2022, Grace was proud to be chosen to represent Trinity Laban at the Junior Kathleen Ferrier award. In autumn of 2023 she performed with the London Philharmonic Choir and London Philharmonic Orchestra in Mahler’s 2nd Symphony at the Royal Festival Hall, conducted by Edward Gardner.
Grace enjoys a wide range of repertoire from early choral music to contemporary song and operatic works and enjoyed being a part of the Trinity Laban Postgraduate Opera Scenes from Les Contes D’Hoffmann late last year. She looks forward to being involved in their scenes from Hänsel und Gretel at the start of next term. Grace is also looking forward to singing with Opéra de Baugé this summer.
Lucas Cunha is a 20-year-old pianist based in London. He studied at the Royal College of Music Junior Department for three years under Yekaterina Lebedeva and was regarded as one of the “department's best pianists”. He is currently studying piano at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance (TL), where he is a recipient of multiple awards, such as the Alfred and Therese Kitchin Scholarship and the Cardnell piano prize.
Concert supported by the Bruce Kershaw Trust Fund for students studying at The Trinity Laban School of Music.
